This is such an interesting topic. I can say I love my kids but me loving someone not right now. Am now understanding what it means to love yourself first as a person. As time goes and I get to know myself more, then I can love someone.

Loving ourselves has to come first. Once we love ourselves we will be able to have healthy relationships and boundaries with others.
