Being aware of our experiences and situations can help us to grow after self reflections. Thanks for sharing , this podcast has caused me to reflect on my own experiences, and Identify situations that may require personal growth.
We have to take responsibility for our part in the situation but it’s always easier to place blame. When we hold our selves accountable then we can start the process of letting go and healing.
I’m glad you introduced accountability as a part of growing and letting go and moving on. Because a lot of times we do blame others and act like nothing that ever happens in life is our fault. It’s always easier to blame someone else. And maybe this is why sometimes we get stuck because we tend to forget about taking responsibility for our own actions. Which is an important part of the process. Tsk tsk
