Before i used to complain about the things i didnt accomplish but and I’ve learned to take a step back and look at all the things I have accomplished. I had to stop been too hard on myself and celebrate me for how far I’ve come.
I rarely watch the news because at no point in time will I finish watching the news n say ”oh I feel awesome after watching that news segment , ” i just avoid it for my mental health
Too much of anything get me overwhelmed 😞 the pandemic had definitely done a number on me (in my tuning out I connected deeper with God🙌🏾). I’m still on social media but I go there mostly to “be in the know”. To me when you know who and whose you are, you won’t let the “social media lifestyles” derail you.
